  • Roblox Corporation (the developer and publisher of the Roblox platform), including but not limited to its past, present, and future subsidiaries, affiliates, parents, divisions, branches, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, licensors, partners, joint venturers, investors, shareholders, suppliers, distributors, and any other entity or person related thereto;

The names “Roblox,” “Emergency Response: Liberty County,” “ER:LC,” “Police Roleplay Community,” “PRC,” and any related names, marks, emblems, logos, designs, icons, symbols, images, characters, storylines, settings, themes, concepts, sounds, music, or other elements are the exclusive property of their respective owners, including but not limited to Roblox Corporation and the developers of ER:LC. Any and all references to these names, marks, and elements on or through the Service are made solely for descriptive, referential, and nominative purposes and are not intended to imply any affiliation, association, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the respective owners. The Operators do not claim any ownership, title, interest, or right in or to any such names, marks, or elements, and acknowledge that all such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owners.

1.3 Risk of Confusion

The Operators acknowledge that the Service's name, domain name, logo, design, theme, and/or content may create a risk of confusion among some Users regarding the Operators' relationship with Roblox Corporation and/or the developers of ER:LC. The Operators hereby expressly and unequivocally state that no such relationship exists, and any confusion arising from the Service's name, branding, or content is unintentional. SECTION 2. CONTENT DISCLAIMER AND THE COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING THE MUSIC, LYRICS, AND OTHER AUDIO CONTENT TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE

2.1 Nature of Content

The Service streams audio content, including but not limited to music tracks, songs, recordings, compositions, spoken word content, and other audio materials, through the AutoDJ system and third-party integrations. This content is sourced dynamically from third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube and LastFM, and is selected, queued, and transmitted through an automated, algorithm-driven system that operates without manual human review or curation of each individual track. The content streamed through the Service may include, without limitation:

  • Music tracks containing explicit language, profanity, slurs, vulgarity, obscenity, or other mature content;
  • Music tracks containing themes of violence, drug use, alcohol use, tobacco use, sexual activity, suicide, self-harm, mental illness, or other sensitive or triggering topics;
  • Music tracks containing political, religious, social, cultural, or other commentary that may be controversial, offensive, or objectionable to certain listeners;
  • Music tracks that have been incorrectly tagged, misattributed, mislabeled, or inaccurately described in their metadata;
  • Music tracks that are subject to copyright, licensing, or other intellectual property restrictions;
  • Music tracks of varying audio quality, including tracks with distortion, clipping, noise, artifacts, imbalanced levels, or other technical imperfections;
  • Music tracks in languages other than English or in languages that you may not understand;
  • User-requested music tracks that have not been pre-screened or approved by the Operators.

2.2 Limitation of Liability for Content

THE OPERATORS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, OBLIGATION, OR DUTY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE CONTENT TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Explicit or Objectionable Content: Any swear words, slurs, profanity, vulgar language, explicit lyrics, sexual content, violent content, drug references, alcohol references, political commentary, religious themes, controversial opinions, offensive stereotypes, culturally insensitive materials, or any other content that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, objectionable, disturbing, traumatic, triggering, or otherwise unsuitable;
  • Inaccurate Metadata: Any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or false information contained in the metadata, tags, descriptions, titles, artist names, album names, cover art, or other information associated with the content;
  • Copyright Infringement: Any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights arising from or related to the transmission of content through the Service;
  • Technical Issues: Any audio glitches, skips, dropouts, distortions, buffering issues, synchronization problems, codec errors, transcoding artifacts, or other technical issues affecting the quality or intelligibility of the content;
  • User Requests: Any content submitted, requested, voted for, or otherwise promoted by Users through the request system, voting system, or any other feature of the Service, whether or not such content complies with these Terms, applicable law, or community standards;
  • Emotional or Psychological Impact: Any emotional distress, psychological trauma, mental anguish, offense, discomfort, annoyance, irritation, frustration, disappointment, or other negative emotional or psychological reaction arising from exposure to content transmitted through the Service.

THE OPERATORS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, OBLIGATION, OR DUTY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY EXTERNAL RESOURCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • The stream will be uninterrupted, continuous, seamless, gapless, buffer-free, glitch-free, dropout-free, or otherwise technically flawless;
  • The AutoDJ system will play music that you enjoy, appreciate, like, love, tolerate, or find acceptable, or that it will avoid playing music that you dislike, hate, detest, loathe, abhor, despise, or find offensive, annoying, boring, repetitive, or otherwise unsatisfactory;
  • The Service will be accessible, responsive, functional, operational, navigable, usable, or otherwise satisfactory at any particular time or from any particular location;
  • Any content, feature, functionality, or aspect of the Service will be available, functional, operational, or usable at any particular time or for any particular duration;
  • The Service will be free from errors, defects, bugs, glitches, crashes, freezes, hangs, lags, slowdowns, memory leaks, security vulnerabilities, or other technical issues;
  • Any errors, defects, bugs, glitches, crashes, freezes, hangs, lags, slowdowns, memory leaks, security vulnerabilities, or other technical issues will be corrected, fixed, patched, resolved, addressed, remediated, or otherwise dealt with in a timely manner or at all;
